+            <p>You must not use NixPanel to host content that:</p>

+                <li>Infringes third-party intellectual property rights</li>
+                <li>Constitutes spam, phishing, or malware distribution</li>
+                <li>Facilitates attacks on other systems (DDoS, credential stuffing, etc.)</li>

+            <p class="mt-3">Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.</p>

+            <p>NixPanel is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to nixpanel.io or license.nixpanel.io. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. The 7-day grace period protects your panel during outages.</p>

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.</p>
