NixReaper 8b66155ba5 Fix Theme/Plugin File Editor sidebar legibility in dark mode (v1.13) ...

Core sets an explicit light background on the shared #templateside > ul
file-tree component, which nothing in native-dark.css covered - combined
with this file's dark-surface text colors, that produced light text on
a light background rather than just unstyled.
